Work on Literacy Assessment Survey-2023 has started.

he 3-day training of data collectors for the field-level core survey of the 'Lateral Literacy Assessment Survey (LAS) Project for Monitoring Sustainable Development Goals' under the Census Wing of Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) has ended today. This data collection work will continue in 6 PSUs of Kutubdia Upazila from 1st March 2023 to 20th March 2023. For the first time, district information from this survey will be available in report form. Note that last November 28, 2022 AD. From the date of 02 December 2022 AD. Till date data collection activities of Pre-test were conducted in Sylhet, Cox's Bazar, Rangpur, Bagerhat, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Barisal and Mymensingh (08 districts) for five (05) days.
